2026 Spring Registration

Before registering:

Review the Colgan Crew Registration Checklist before you begin.

All athletes must:

Complete the PWCS Student-Athlete Participation Requirements.
Complete the online athletic registration by creating a family Arbiter account.
Parent and rower review important Student-Athlete Education information within the Arbiter account and sign a statement acknowledging receipt.
Upload rower’s current Sports Physical Form in Arbiter account.
A swim test is required for new rowers during Spring Crew. Email completed form to Coach Lucier at [email protected].
Email completed FERPA waiver to both Coach Lucier at [email protected] and Mr. Wooten (Director of Student Activities) at [email protected], and cc a copy to [email protected].
Registration for Spring Crew implies acceptance, by both parents and rowers, of the Colgan crew handbook 2025-2026 shared on the website.
The total cost for the crew season registration is $450. There is a button for a $50 discount for those who have already paid for Winter Conditioning as these fees are rolled into the total $450 owed for the season. Please be aware of this when completing your spring registration.

2025/2026 Winter Conditioning

This program will be run by the Coaches at Colgan High School. Participation in Winter Conditioning does not guarantee a place on the Spring Team if try-outs are required due to large numbers. The Winter Conditioning registration will close on 1/31/2026.

Winter Conditioning runs from 12/01/2025 to 2/19/2026. Practice time will be Monday - Thursday, as follows: We do not meet on school holidays or snow days.

Boys - 2:45 PM - 4:45 PM
Girls - 4:30 PM - 6:30 PM

All athletes must:

Upload rower’s current Sports Physical Form in Arbiter account.
A swim test will be required when you register for Crew in the Spring. Otherwise it is not required for Winter conditioning.

Registration implies acceptance, by both parents and rowers, of the Colgan Crew Handbook 2025-2026 shared on the website.
